Pickup day
We collect all kits from one address. For your first clean, use any sealable bag — a zip-lock works perfectly. All kits labelled and handled separately from the start.
Within 2–3 days (or 24hr express)
Deep cleaned & returned
Every brush individually cleaned, dried flat, reshaped, and wrapped. Returned to the same address, labelled so there's no confusion on the morning.

Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date — especially in May, June, or September when Toronto demand is highest. The absolute minimum is 3 to 4 weeks. Booking earlier guarantees your slot and gives us flexibility to accommodate any last-minute additions.
What if the bridal party is spread across the GTA?
We collect everything from one central address — typically the bride's home. Bridesmaids drop their kits off there ahead of pickup day. We return everything to the same location labelled by name.
Are luxury brushes handled differently?
Yes. Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Hakuhodo, and similar brushes are individually hand-cleaned, sanitised, conditioned, and reshaped, and wrapped separately. There's no batch cleaning for premium tools.
Can I add more kits than the package covers?
Absolutely — additional kits can be added at the standard per-kit rate. Just let us know when you enquire.
Payment terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date
The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date

Cancellation more than 30 days before: full deposit refunded · 15–30 days: deposit forfeited · under 15 days: full amount charged
