Every pro kit is handled by Rachel from start to finish. Your brushes don’t move between hands. They go directly from you, to her, and back.

Pro kits are cleaned in dedicated sessions, never alongside other brushes. Each kit is handled on its own, without overlap.

Documented at every step
Brush count verified together at pickup and again at drop-off, in person, both times. Photo intake on collection, photo confirmation before return. Nothing changes hands without both of us seeing it.

Tell us about your kit and schedule. A short note about brush count, brand mix, and how often you’d like cleans is enough to start.

We’ll reply within a few hours with a quote and your next available pickup window.

Your first clean is your test run. Standard 2–3 day or 24-hour Express. Your call.

If it fits, we’ll set up an ongoing cadence around your bookings: pause, skip, or adjust whenever your schedule shifts.
Payment & cancellation

Clear terms, no surprises.

Please review before booking.

One-time bookings
  • After your enquiry is reviewed, you'll receive a confirmation email with e-transfer details.
  • Payment must be received within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Payment confirms the booking. There is no separate deposit.
  • If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking is automatically cancelled and the time slot is released.
  • Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund, processed by e-transfer within 3 business days. Or reschedule to any available date at no charge.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% is refunded within 3 business days.
Subscriptions
  • Bi-weekly covers 2 cleans per month. Monthly covers 1 clean per month. Every-3-months covers 1 clean per cycle.
  • For Monthly and Every-3-months, you choose: pay per cycle (billed as you go, cancel any time) or prepay and save 10% (3 cleans up front for Monthly, 2 cycles up front for Every-3-months).
  • All cadences can be cancelled at any time. Per-cycle cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle. The cycle you've already paid for still happens as scheduled.
  • If you prepaid and choose to cancel, unused prepaid cleans never expire. Use them at any future date, or we'll refund them by e-transfer within 3 business days.
  • Individual cleans can be skipped or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, at no penalty.
Express service

24-hour turnaround is available on any booking for an additional $15.

Step 2 · First pickup
We come to you
Studio, home, or between bookings, whatever works best for your day. Brush count and photo intake are completed together at pickup, before anything leaves your hands.
Step 3 · The clean
Handled properly, start to finish
Each brush is cleaned individually using the appropriate cleanser for its bristle type, then conditioned, carefully dried to protect the ferrule, reshaped, and individually wrapped for return.
Step 4 · Return
Verified and returned on your schedule
Photo confirmation is sent before return, with brush count verified again at drop-off. Returned to your space or held until your next available window, whichever works best.
Step 5 · Ongoing (for subscribers)
A schedule you don’t have to manage
Your pickup window is set once and stays consistent. Same day, same time, every cycle: no rebooking, no coordination, no follow-up.
